Linda stated, “In this lesson plan, students will learn about the proper way to clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces as well as safely handle food. Topics will range from cleaning and sanitation, preventing contamination and Food Borne Illness, ending with proper cooking, cooling and storage techniques for food products.”
