We’ve got exciting news: Symbaloo Workspaces are coming! You will soon see major changes and improvements on your Symbaloo PRO account, including an improved interface, new and better ways to personalize content distribution, the possibility to collaborate and work together in real-time, automatic integration with student information (SIS), and much more!

What do I need to do?

Before we launch, we want to inform you about what will happen to your current Symbaloo PRO account, including the required actions that you may need to take to ensure the most positive experience on the new SymbalooYour Symbaloo PRO account will be automatically updated1 on the launch day and the webmixes within your account will be transferred. However, if you have made changes to your webmixes that remain unpublished, some action may be required to save your work!

Publish your preferred version

This only applies to shared webmixes (those visible on your PRO domain)

Please make sure that the version of your webmix that is showing on your public URL (—.symbaloo.com) is the one you want to keep when we transfer your account. If you have made recent changes to your shared webmixes that you have yet to save, hit that publish button! 

At the launch

No Admin Panel Sign-in

Now, you’ll be able to login to your PRO account via www.symbaloo.com or on your custom domain (no more dashboard.symbaloo.com). We’re bringing everything together in one place and giving you more power than you’ve ever had in Symbaloo!

Reset your password

When we launch the new Symbaloo, you’ll need to reset your password to be able to access your PRO account on www.symbaloo.com. When the time comes, we will contact you to explain how to proceed with this simple procedure.
